Patrick Irvin
Patrick Irvin received both his B.S. and his Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, where he worked in the Levy group. He remained in the group as a post doc and is now a research assistant professor.
Low-temperature transport, photonic measurements in semiconductor and oxide nanostructures, microwave spectroscopy of ferroelectric thin films, spectroscopic measurements combining high spectral and temporal resolution.
